ÊThis is my favourite of the bunch, and it has less salt than the other rubs.Ê It was designed with 2 goals Ð Firstly, to work very well on all 4 competition meats so we can utilize it in our Ribfest & Catering businesses.Ê Secondly, it needed to score with BBQ judges.Ê Recipe refinements began in 2013Êand the commercial recipe (right from the co-packer)Êwas used on all 4 meatsÊduring our 2015 competition season Ð with great success!
